ART IS GOOD

There are many reasons why people purchase art. There is no right or wrong reason. Different feelings dictate what kind of art and where one will buy and place artwork. Whether it matches your couch or drapes its something that stirs your emotions. There is a perfect place to find exactly the right piece for your taste.

 When you see something on display at an Art Festival, if its a $25 print or a $25,000 painting the most important thing to keep in mind you like to look at it. If you do not love it, don't purchase it.

My personal recommendation is collect original artwork. It brings personality warmth and energy to your home or office. Buying an original piece is not necessarily expensive. Some of my friends who have acquired an amazing art collection by going to art shows. Over time one of those artists may become famous and they have the original. Isn't that brilliant!

If you are looking to buy a print for example, don't buy it for just the artist name. Look though the collection bin and find a piece that responds to your personality.

Think beyond the poster and collect the wonderful world of the original creative artist.
